liblrs-dev software package provides package to enumerate vertices and extreme rays (static libraries and headers), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblrs-dev
liblrs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblrs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblrs-dev *
You will get with liblrs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
